CTCP Plate
CTCP Plate is able to meet various requirements of high grade commercial and newspaper printing. It has the advantages of fast plate making speed, high tolerance level, precise half-tone dot reproduction, good ink balance and high press run length.

No preheat, positive-working, thermal digital plate with excellent chemical and press durability;
Exposure energy required: 110-120 mj/ cm2 (depend on imager type, configuration and resolution)
Resolution: 1-99% @400lpi or 10μ FM stochastic (depend on capability of imaging device)
Spectral sensitivity: 780-850 nm
Run-length: 100,000 impressions unbaked; 50,000 impressions for UV ink applications,300,000 plus impressions baked(dependent upon image resolution, press, press chemical, ink and paper conditions).
Gauges: 0.15mm, 0.30mm and 0.40mm standard, with 0.20mm and 0.24mm availability in selected regions.
Coating color: Blue
Safelight: Daylight handling
Shelf life: 12 months, under recommended storage conditions.

*Note: Higher exposure energy will make the image contrast more clear, and benefit to the plate run length; while over high/low exposure energy will affect the image quality negatively.
