12mm aluminum plate is heat treatable, resists cracking due to stress, and is easy to weld and machine. 12mm aluminum plate is ideal for structural framing, base plates, gussets, motorcycle and automotive parts, and is widely used in aerospace, military and transportation product manufacture

12mm aluminum plate is roughly 1/3 the weight of mild steel, it is non corrosive and can be formed easily. Sheets can be used for a wide range of applications from tooling plate, structural, general engineering, transport, agricultural, architectural, truck bodies, trailer parts ship and boat building. Plate is supplied standard mill finish or it can be brushed to No.4 Satin Finish.

Common widths of 12mm aluminum plate are 1000mm, 1250mm and 1500mm. Common lengths are 2000mm,2500 mm and 3000mm respectively.  12mm aluminum plate can be cut as per clients requirements. haomei aluminium  carries a wide range of thickness 3mm up to and including 100mm. Thinner than 3mm is considered to be sheet.
